This graduate-level course provides an in-depth exploration of population health management, equipping students with the skills to assess, analyze, and improve community health outcomes with an emphasis on information and communication technology resources for data collection, analysis, and implications for community health intervention development. Students will examine key health indicators, including morbidity, mortality, disease prevalence, and social determinants, to evaluate trends and disparities.
